I have worked and lived in very diverse cultures and contexts. On this unusual path I have gained the life experience that is the basis for my work as a coach and therapist.

My inclination to listen, my interest in human destinies and the encouragement to believe in one's own path have always been fundamental to my work.

I gained leadership experience while managing very large, complex development cooperation projects in India, Bangladesh and Kyrgyzstan for 20 years, mainly for the Swiss Red Cross.
